The company offers a broad spectrum of financial services to businesses of varying sizes, ranging from startups to corporate giants. Through a growing team and a commitment to promoting a productive and modern work culture, the firm recently acquired new premises to expand its workforce and facilitate future growth prospects.

The Project.

Our team collaborated closely with William Duncan’s Office Manager, Alan Burns, to understand their vision for the new premises and specific requirements for office furniture. Drawing upon our expertise in workspace design and furniture solutions, we proposed a tailored solution that addressed the client’s needs while maximising the available space. Creating a dynamic, open-plan environment, the office space fosters collaboration and productivity with co-working desks, ergonomic office chairs, and airy meeting spaces.

To accommodate the growing team at William Duncan, we incorporated a combination of modular bench desks with integrated cable management and desk end storage. 

To promote a healthy and vibrant atmosphere in the workspace, we included planters in the office furniture design, adding a touch of greenery. Strategically placed throughout the office, the planters feature low-maintenance indoor plants that thrive in office environments. This measure not only elevates the visual appeal of the workspace but also contributes towards improving the air quality and well-being of employees.

Following the approval of the proposed furniture solution, our team worked alongside Alan Burns to coordinate the installation process. All furniture pieces were delivered and installed according to the agreed-upon timeline, minimising disruptions to the client’s business operations.

Completion.

The office furniture installation at William Duncan’s new premises was a resounding success, exceeding the client’s expectations in terms of functionality, aesthetics, and quality. The modular bench desks, versatile storage solutions, and integrated planters transformed the workspace into a modern, inviting environment that fosters employee engagement and productivity while reflecting the company’s brand values.
