how can you make a difference?
Saxen's Regener8 initialtive helps reduce your environmental footprint by providing services to collect furniture at its end-of-life. We divert products from going to landfill by finding a suitable place for a second life, or by breaking down the product into their components to recycle the materials.
Saxen provide a service to collect existing products to dispose of correctly. After initial consultation and quotation, we will collect the furniture and take it to a sorting site where we process the materials either to reuse, rework or recycle.
A sustainability report will be collated confirming the environmental and financial savings in addition to a brief case study on how and where the product was reused/recycled

Furniture suitable for reuse is put onto an online portal for schools and colleges, community groups, charities and NGOs to apply for – there are over 180 different members on this site.

When direct reuse is not an option, products will be upcycled and reused when possible.

Products that have reached their end-of-life will be split into components and recycled - 97% of all items are recycled.
